As part of a University challenge, I presented my research topic in 3 minutes. This is all about brands, social media and customer engagement, aka what is keeping me up at night.

Congratulations Bonheur !!! I’m happy to hear that your accent is still perfectly understandable and not too Scottish ;-). Anyway, it’s really nice to have a better idea of your research topic. I was just able to say “well, it’s about social media…”, now I can explain !
